AAA is hiring work at home emergency roadside specialists in Texas. To qualify for these home-based positions, you must live within 80 miles of Houston.
Starting pay for these work at home positions is $14.00 per hour, with additional monthly incentive pay and shift differentials. The company also offers an extra $.50 per hour for fluency in Spanish, as well as an opportunity to earn a $.50 increase in hourly pay after six months of successful employment.

- Commitment to completing the entire six-week training schedule without interruption.
- Call Center experience preferred, but not mandatory. Prior customer service work in any field is preferred.
- Excellent written/verbal/computer skills.
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings.
- Ability to remain seated at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to Multi-task.
- Effectively work from home with little supervision, while maintaining required metrics.
- Meet overall performance and attendance goals at a Fully Achieves rating or better within 6 months of hire.
- Average or advance knowledge of computing and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows-based Operating Systems and general PC use.
- Transport, Setup and Maintain computer equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Training for these work at home positions takes place over six weeks and is paid. Training will take place at the company’s AAA Texas branch office in Houston, after which you will be allowed to work from your own home office.
