Lexbe is seeking a work at home customer service professional in the U.S. Compensation for this home-based job is $17.00 per hour.

“Lexbe is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and organizational skills to fill one open Customer Service Representative position. Lexbe is a fast-growing software company with law firms and legal clients around the country providing electronic discovery (eDiscovery) services. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, high-energy individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and technical support in a professional manner to establish this new department and work with our Professional Services team. This is a new position and there is potential for growth and advancement while assisting with the creation of the department.”

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

SKILLS
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
-Knowledge of browser support and troubleshooting a plus.
-Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
-Good at learning new software.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with a strong ability to adapt and work under pressure.
-Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent references from prior supervisors.
-Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
-Can type 45+ words per minute with good accuracy.
-Able to walk/sit/stand as needed for extended periods of time and lift 30 lbs unassisted.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
-High School or Equivalent.

EXPERIENCE
-2 Years+ of technical customer service or similar experience in an office setting.
-Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
-PC literacy including MS Office, as well as Internet and Windows navigation skills
