Work at Home Customer Service with InfoCision!

InfoCision is hiring work at home customer service agents in the following U.S. states: Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. These are temporary telecommute positions of six to eight weeks, a super way to make some extra money for Christmas!

The company is hiring 300 work at home customer service professionals.

Hours are 20 per week, falling between the following open times: 9:00 am – 11:00 pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 9:00 am – 11:00 pm. You must work a minimum of four hours at a time.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Good speaking skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work 20 hours a week
  • A Computer – with an Intel or AMD processor
  • Must have one of the following versions of Windows 7 or 8
  • Monitor with a minimum Pixilation/Resolution of 1024 x 768
  • All 17inch monitors and some Newer 15inch models
  • High Speed Internet Access – Must be Cable or DSL – with a minimum of 1.5 to 3.0 Mbps Downstream, 512 Kbps Upstream.* WiFi, satellite, or cellular are not acceptable
  • Internet Explorer 9.0
  • Home Phone Line – OIP services such as Magic Jack or Vonage are not compatible with our systems. Also, due to security restraints cordless phones are not allowed.
  • A headset which you will need to purchase
  • Antivirus software
  • Anti-spyware software
  • Valid email address
  • Resident of Ohio, WV, or PA

Compensation is $9.50 per hour.
