InfoCision is seeking work-at-home customer service and sales reps. You will be making outbound customer care calls and performing data entry and clerical functions as you record customer order and billing information.
You must have basic computer skills, strong people skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You also must be able to work one weekend day per week. A high school diploma or its equivalent is desired.
Additionally, you must have your own computer with high-speed Internet and Windows XP, Vista or 7. You must also have a land line telephone.
