America’s Remote Help Desk is seeking one or more work-at-home senior help desk analysts. Candidates residing in the Houston, TX area are preferred. You must have customer support experience, and be able to understand and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
You must also be an expert user of Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7, Outlook, and Office, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007, Microsoft Server 2003/2008, and Citrix.
Additionally, you must be detail-oriented and committed to following an incident through to resolution, and you must be skilled at documentation. Finally, you must be available for one to two days of onsite training in Houston.
