Work at Home: Customer Service Jobs with Sitel Work@Home

Sitel hires telecommute customer service agents from across the U.S.  You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be able to pass a background check. Previous customer care experience is preferred.

You must also be self-motivated, have excellent verbal and listening abilities, and have a quiet home office free from distractions.  This position can be fast-paced, so you must be able to maintain a professional attitude under stress.

There are no fees to join the Sitel program. Both part and full-time positions are available.   Payment is by the hour, and you will be paid biweekly via direct deposit or the company’s debit card program.
