Ipsy is hiring work at home email customer service reps in the following states: North Carolina, California, and New York. You must be able to work 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific, including one weekend shift per week.

- Willing to work one weekend shift per week
- Experience providing customer support via social media is a plus
As a remote customer service rep for Ipsy, you will be assisting customers via email, sharing your knowledge of Ipsy, and creating a positive experience by handling sensitive issues and providing quick resolution. You will also be sharing the insights you gain in this position with the company’s marketing, product, and technology teams.
