Windy City Call Center is hiring work-at-home virtual customer service representatives who are able to work Monday to Saturday (between 12:00pm ET and 9:00pm ET) and Sunday (1:00pm ET- 5:00pm ET). You must be able to work between 25 – 29 hours in a set weekly schedule.
Skills/Requirements:
* Must be a resident of Illinois, Indiana, Georgia or Colorado
*Over the age of 18
*Above average computer and typing abilities
*Excellent communication abilities; outgoing personality
*Able to handle a large number of calls daily without losing positive attitude
*Basic understanding of online marketing
*Able to work with a script
*Self-motivated and driven
*Able to multitask
*Positive, professional attitude and desire to assist
*Computer literate
*Prior call center experience a plus
