World Travel Holdings is seeking work at home customer care agents in the United States. The company provides you the necessary equipment and training. New classes start October 3rd!

- Ability to delight customers and create a WOW experience
- Talent to win customers over quickly in order to sell them their dream vacation
- Skills that thrill: problem solving skills, decision making skills, and amazing communication skills (both oral and written)
- Absolutely amazing customer service expertise and a desire to exceed expectations
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for travel; after all, we’re selling fun!
- Super tech savvy; strong typing skills, internet navigation and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Thirst for learning and ability to fully participate in a 6 week on-boarding and training program
- Available to work full-time (32-45 hrs./week) based on business needs
- We need to be here when our customers need us! Our Customer Care Representatives need to be available to work a schedule including nights and weekends between the hours of 9 a.m. EST and 1 a.m. EST, including holidays. Your scheduled hours and days off will change every 12 weeks within this time frame in order for us to best service our customer.
- Must be able to provide a designated space for a home office free of distractions, high speed internet connection, and a separate phone land line (not over the internet) dedicated to this position (see work at home page for more details). Please note this home office must not be in the same residence as another current World Travel Holdings at home employee.
