Happify is seeking a freelance viral video/content curator/writer for its site. This position is open anywhere in the U.S. Expected hours are between 7 and 15 per week. You will be finding and highlighting the “most shareable and undiscovered videos on the Web” to the website, according to the job listing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and audience engagement, as well as techniques to optimize content for search.
Additional Requirements (from freelance employment listing):
- You will stay abreast of the latest across all of Happify’s main categories, including positive psychology/the science of happiness, acts of kindness, meaning and purpose, gratitude, inspiration, and other stuff that makes people happy.
- Sourcing content across the dustiest corners of the web and finding the best videos to pitch to Happify’s Head of Content
- Writing snappy, clickable, and concise headlines and copy for all approved content
