Prept is hiring work-at-home mock job interviewers to help job seekers prepare for interviews. This is a freelance position. You can be located anywhere in the U.S. Interviewers set and confirm their own schedules. Most interviewers make from $15-$50 for a 30-minute session.
Qualifications (from employment listing):
- You must have prior experience conducting job interviews. Our best interviewers have conducted many interviews in the past for their previous or current employers. At a minimum, you should have conducted at least 5 interviews in the past.
- You must have a genuine interest in helping and coaching others.
- You must be great at providing feedback and encouragement to job seekers — particularly young professionals and people changing industries.
- You should have at least 3-5 years of professional work experience in your industry. We are accepting interviewers from every industry, but you should be able to provide insights into how to land a job in your industry.
- To conduct interviews on Prept, you must have access to a computer with a webcam and microphone (preferably a headset) and a good, reliable internet connection.
- Since interviews are conducted online, you can be located anywhere in the US.
- To become an interviewer, you must have a LinkedIn account so we can validate your relevant experience. Do not send a resume.
- Our users’ interests cover almost every industry and position. You should be deeply familiar with your industry, but you can come from any industry or position.
These are not full or part-time positions. You act as an independent contractor. This is an opportunity to make money from your own home office.
