L.A. company Elrom is seeking freelance closed captioning editors to create pop-on captions for prerecorded programming. They also need experienced captioners to review other captioners’ work.
There is a large volume of work. However, there is no time for training, therefore you must have prior experience. Compensation is per program minute, so offers an excellent opportunity if you’re fast.
The company prefers contractors with their own hardware and software, but is willing to provide software, if necessary. Compensation per minute will be based on experience and speed.
