Recherché Journeys, a luxury international tour company, is seeking work-at-home international tour consultants. The perfect candidate will have prior experience working with a tour operating company for a minimum of 5 years.
You must also be a destination expert on at least one continent. You will assist clients and travel agents with tour arrangements, collaborate with DMCs and third-party suppliers on interaries and cost, manage the financial aspects of each file according to company policies and procedures, and ensure that all aspects of the planning process, including correspondence, are documented.
Additionally, you will assist operations in making sure all documents are delivered in a timely manner. Client customer service is a priority. You must have an excellent telephone presence and written communication style, and you must be MS Office and computer proficient.
Finally, you must be well traveled, both domestically and internationally. Hours are flexible. Pay is commission based. Organization abilities are a must.
