Auto Point, Inc. is hiring work-at-home declined service advisors in multiple U.S. states. This is primarily a sales position. Candidates with automotive industry experience will be given first consideration. Bilingual ability is a plus.
Requirements (from job listing):
- Typing speed of 50 WPM or better
- Capability to type notes from phone conversation with minimal errors
- Automotive service or sales knowledge (preferred, not required)
- Previous sales or outbound calling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Microsoft Office experience
You must be self-motivated, with strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. You must also have excellent judgment, patience, and organizational skills.
