ResearchVIZ is seeking work-at-home phone interviewers to make outbound calls to customers and conduct market research studies. Both part and full-time positions are available. No selling is involved.
Duties and Responsibilities (from job listing):
- Conduct telephone interviews via the Internet using a desktop or laptop computer (tablets such as iPad will not work).
- You will be responsible for long distance charges. Most interviewers use cell phone with free long distance and a headset.
- Professional demeanor and good phone voice.
- Light typing of verbatim comments given by respondent.
- Follow standard interviewing procedures established by ResearchVIZ and/or the client.
- Utilize proper probing and clarification techniques for open-ended questions.
- Up to 40 hours per week.
- Range production-based (average $15 to $20 per hour).
