Wheelhouse Enterprises is hiring work at home quality assurance reps to perform scored call monitoring evaluations. You will be listening to call center recordings and providing feedback to clients.
These part-time positions of 15 to 25 hours per week (Monday through Friday) are available anywhere in the United States. There is the potential for this remote position to become full-time.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Personal computer to execute primary responsibilities remotely.
- 2+ years prior call center and/or quality monitoring experience preferred
