Heritage Reporting Corporation is seeking home-based legal transcriptionists in the U.S. Both full and part-time home-based positions are available.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

Legal transcription experience is required (medical transcription experience will NOT be considered for fulfilling this requirement).”
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Transcribe minimum 85 wpm.
- College Degree and 2 years legal transcription experience or High School Diploma with minimum 5 years legal transcription experience (medical transcription experience will NOT be considered for fulfilling this requirement).
- Proficient with word processing software (MSWord, WordPerfect 12).
- Firm mastery of English grammar and spellings, extensive vocabulary, and familiarity with legal terminology.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- AAERT Certification is preferred but not required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required and work must be performed in the U.S.
- Will be required to apply for and successfully obtain federal security clearance.
Compensation for these home-based legal transcription positions is competitive and per page, and is based upon turnaround times. Pay is weekly.
Volume of work is stable and guaranteed.
Home-based legal transcriptionists are also provided ongoing support and guidance with technical, formatting, and equipment issues.
