CauseVox is seeking freelance content writers in the U.S. to write blog posts around the subjects of social good and crowdfunding. These positions are 100% remote.
“In this position, you’ll work directly with our marketing team and have a lot of freedom and flexibility in generating content. Your job is to create inspiring stories (blog posts, ebooks, online guides) around crowdfunding and social good.”
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Commitment to honing your writing skills and techniques
- Capacity to prioritize and execute a number of concurrent projects
- Strong writing and editing skills
- General computer skills & ability to use WordPress, Word, and Google docs
- Basic understanding of SEO (using keywords, meta descriptions, etc) and optimizing your writing for it
- Ability to read and edit basic HTML (for formatting purposes)
- Preferably has a background in nonprofits, social media, storytelling, and/or marketing
Freelance compensation is project-based, and rates are as follows:
- $30 per blog post (est 400 – 999 words)
- $60 per long blog post (est 1000 – 1200 words)
- $250 per online guide (est 1500 – 2500 words)
- $300 per whitepaper / ebook (est 1500 – 2500 words)
You work from wherever you want. Projects are flexible.
