HNW is seeking a freelance writer with financial services industry experience. This can be a work-at-home position. You will be an independent contractor. The company is specifically seeking writers who can “speak the language on a wide range of wealth management and investment strategies and products,” and can develop strategies and products that will be used to promote across a variety of platforms, according to the job listing.
QUALIFICATIONS (from employment listing)
* Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communication or a related field
* Writing experience (3+ yrs for mid-level; 10+ yrs for senior-level) for the Financial Services category (Wealth Management, Investment, Mass Affluent), B2B or B2C:
* Provide examples of work that illustrate types & depth of experience & projects
* Advertising or interactive agency experience preferred
* Experience with online & offline media preferred
* Strong experience on cross-channel &/or direct marketing initiatives
* Experience managing content development & publishing
* Experience in social media marketing & building social media engagement (i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint required; Photoshop, WordPress or HootSuite a plus
