Work at Home Community Moderator Job with Good Technology

Good Technology is seeking a work at home community moderator on a part-time contract basis.  In this position, “you will be responsible for facilitating online engagement of prospective and existing Good customers and experts in the Good Community,” according to the job listing.

You must have superior communications abilities and an upbeat customer service oriented demeanor.  You must also have excellent organizational abilities and be extremely reliable.

Further Requirements (from employment listing):

  • Knack for getting busy people to follow up on your persistent requests, without alienating
  • Minimum of 3 years high tech B2B marketing, product management, engineering, support, sales, or social media
  • Prior experience in online communities (can be as a participant)
  • Experience with mobile apps (of any kind) on Android or iOS
  • Not required, but a plus:
    • Knowledge of enterprise mobility, technology, and industry
    • Previous experience as a community moderator
    • Knowledge of Good solutions
    • Understanding of IT audience
    • Ability to understand customer conversations, identify opportunities beyond answering just the question, and coach Good experts on how to respond for optimal benefit to community members and Good
    • Experience with Jive-based communities (as user and/or administrator)

This position can be remote.  However, the company’s preference is for someone within the Pacific Time Zone.
