Chat Customer Service Jobs with Dealertrack

Dealertrack Technologies is seeking work-at-home chat customer service professionals on a part-time basis. You will be responding to incoming online chat requests from the company’s clients within the automotive industry, as well as potential customers.  This is a commission-based job.  The company provides training.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • High school diploma or equivalent required and one year of customer support experience
  • Must have a PC running Windows XP/OS X.4 or greater with broadband Internet
  • Must possess strong online search ability
  • Must be able to type 30 WPM
