In this home-based role, you will be answering incoming phone calls from customers and providing excellent customer service.

  • 1-2 years Customer service phone experience.  Ecommerce experience a plus.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills,
  • Medicare or Insurance billing experience or knowledge
  • Experience and comfort in navigating the Internet.
  • Ability to adapt well to change and multi-task effectively.

A bachelor or associate’s degree, bilingual ability, or experience in Microsoft Office are all definite pluses, but not requirements for this home-based position.
