Kelly Services: Home-Based Email Customer Service Job

Kelly Services is currently seeking a home-based online email customer service rep for a well known online parenting and pregnancy resource company.  This is a 100% telecommute opportunity.  The contract length is two years.

Duties include providing excellent customer service for the website, as well as helping members with newsletter subscriptions, website navigation, app usage, account changes, and other concerns.  

Additionally, you will be responding to site feedback and working with other departments to assist customers.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Online content provider experience helping customers via email
  • Experience supporting customers who need help using a variety of web platforms, different browsers, IOS and Android, apps etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Education: minimum of an associates degree

The company provides optional health benefits, which include health, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, short-term disability and group life.  Pay is weekly and competitive.  Payment is made by direct deposit or payroll card.

This is a full-time, work at home contract position.  Currently, they are advertising this position in California. However, it may be available in other parts of the U.S.
