OnProcess is seeking work at home customer service agents in the U.S. These home-based positions are full-time and fully remote. You must have a dedicated, quiet workspace.

These are entry-level work at home customer service positions. The schedule is:

Sun: 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm EST, Mon – Thu: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm EST

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

Key Qualifications

  • Six (6)+ months of call center experience OR 1+ year in customer experience

  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively

  • Required virtual online training and team meetings as scheduled

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

  • Minimum internet bandwidth of 25MB download and 5MB upload

  • Hard wire the computer within 25 feet of a network jack (ethernet provided)

  • Must have a dedicated desk/workspace

Responsibilities (from listing):
