Day to day functions could include the following:

Function as the first point of contact for our clients’ customers

Field inbound calls in a courteous and respectful manner from prospects

Place outbound prospecting calls for beneficiary outreach

Provide first level resolution to customer issues

Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support

Document problems in a detailed fashion and reroute them to the next level of Bloom support

Build relationships through superior customer service and satisfaction

Work within established performance metrics

Uphold Client’s quality and compliance standards and “Do No Harm”

Excellent attendance, along with consistent dependability and flexibility in the workplace
Hours are 35 to 40 per week. Training starts on 8/02 and is paid.
