Cruise.com is currently seeking work-at-home cruise customer support agents. A new hire training class is scheduled to begin January 9, 2012. You must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably working with all the major cruise lines.
You must have excellent communication abilities and a pleasant telephone demeanor. You must also be a detail-oriented multitasker. Finally, you must be able to pass all required background checks prior to being hired.
