RadiologyAssist is seeking work at home patient customer service and scheduling reps in the U.S. This remote position is full-time.
Compensation for these work at home patient customer service jobs is $12 to $17 per hour.

“As a Patient Advocate in our Customer Service team, you will :
1) Be the first point of contact for potential customers inquiring about the services our program offers.
2) be responsible to field incoming calls from existing customers answering the queries and opening tickets when necessary.”
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

Experience working in a gastroenterology clinic or a diagnostic imaging/radiology center, with knowledge of CPT codes and Diagnosis codes

Experience in a role that requires a high level of customer interaction
Schedules are fixed and 40 hours per week. No overtime, nights, or weekends.
