Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • One year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred

  • One year in a clinical setting or healthcare setting preferred

  • Pleasant and patient demeanor

  • Ability to handle complaints and negative situations while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices

  • Ability to manage tasks/projects with aggressive deadlines/time-sensitivity

  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities

  • Professionalism and self-motivation with the ability to work well independently and on a team

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proficient with computers and strong typing skills

  • This position is 100% remote. Candidate must have a quiet space where virtual meetings can occur without disruption or background noise. Candidates are responsible for providing adequate internet bandwidth to maintain high quality connections.

Responsibilities (from the listing):

  • Research escalated issues, respond to patients and/or internal parties, and prepare summaries for members of MRT, Health Center, and Client leadership

  • Escalated patient issues may come via any channel, such as:  social media, NPS surveys, phone calls, written messages, web site, complaints regarding clinic interaction, marketing messages, executive escalations, or public relations matters

  • Handles patient inquiries or tasks of higher complexity such as Eligibility, Portal Potentials, Incentive Inquiries. May also assist other teams when needed such as:  scheduling calls, referral results, portal requests, special projects

  • Use excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help leadership understand trends and suggest remedies to address issues

  • Assist with continuous improvement of the patient experience, escalation processes, and reporting to optimize the patient experience and our learnings
