Paid training for these home-based customer service positions starts January 24th, 2022! Compensation for this work at home opportunity starts at $15.00 per hour ($16.00 per hour for bilingual).

Help customers with account maintenance including address changes, check orders, stop payments, account closings and ATM/Debit card captures.

May respond to customer inquiries via email.

May support the customer with posting functions for debit card requests.

Troubleshoot customer pain points by adhering to a strict set of procedures on what we’re allowed to do and/or not do for the customer.
