Experience in healthcare settings, insurance, and/or behavioral health is a plus! You’ll be responsible for directly connecting with potential patients to help them schedule appointments, answer their questions about our 800+ providers, and provide best-in-class support. You’ll report to our Customer Service Manager and will work closely with her to execute client support initiatives that will be transformative in scaling our business.”
