Pearson is again hiring work at home online writing tutors in the U.S. Home-based tutors may work from anywhere with Internet access.

Tutors generally work 8 to 19 hours per week. All online writing tutors must reside in the United States and be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • MA or Ph.D. coursework or degree in rhetoric, composition, literature, and/or English education
  • Specialty coursework, degree, or teaching/tutoring experience in English as a Second Language (ESL)
  • Teaching experience in developmental and first-year English composition courses.
