Sitel is currently seeking work-at-home chat customer service agents. All communication will be done with customers via text-based communication. Specifically, they are seeking 100 agents with a working knowledge of computers and instant messaging.
You must be able to train for 2 to 3 months in the Sitel offices in Omaha, NE. After completion of training, you will be allowed to work from home. You will not only be providing customer care, but also selling new products and services.
All applicants must have their high school diploma or its equivalent and be able to pass a background check. Additionally, you must have strong typing, grammar, and written abilities. Prior sales experience is a plus.
Starting pay if $9 per hour, plus commission. All agents will be eligible for pay raises at 90 days, six months, and one year. Hiring is being done for both day and evening shifts.
