TotalMed is seeking work at home patient care coordinators in the U.S. These remote positions are contract positions (6 to 12-month contracts).

Compensation for these work at home patient care coordinator jobs starts at $15.50 per hour. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities (from the company):

“Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handling of order inquiries and issues.”

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Health care: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)

Hours for this work at home position are Monday – Friday, 11:30 am – 8 pm. Shifts are eight hours.

  • Reach out to all new patients and introduce them to services and products via telephone

  • Respond to incoming calls and answer any related questions

  • Maintain patient census and reach out to patients prior to them needing their medications
