Sitel Work@Home Solutions is seeking home-based customer support reps in select U.S. states! These are inbound call positions. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

Training for these home-based positions is paid, and schedules are set.

Requirements (from the work-at-home job listing):

This is the right job for you if you’re able to:

Provide a Windows 10 computer you can use for work
Speak on the phone and use a computer
Empathize and be friendly with people you’ve never met
Use logic and solve problems
Be part of a team
This position requires that you provide your own computer

Nice to have (but not required):

Customer service background
Experience with financial services

Hours are 31 to 40 per week.
