Kelly Services hires work-at-home customer support agents from across the U.S.  You must have a dedicated, noise-free workspace in your home.  You must also have a computer with reliable high-speed Internet, a dedicated land line telephone, Windows 2003 or higher, and a good quality headset.

Some previous customer care experience is required.  In addition, you must have PC and Windows experience and a high school diploma or GED.  Finally, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
