Telecommute Tech Customer Support with Kelly Services

cat-stretching-black-white-imageKelly Services has an opening for a work-at-home tech customer support advisor.  This is an entry-level position.  Training is via the Internet.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, strong sales and customer service abilities, and an aptitude for technology.

Additionally, you must have a quiet home office, high-speed Internet, and a land line telephone.

Availability (from job listing):

  • The hours of operation are from 7:00AM to 12:30AM EST Monday- Friday and 8:30AM to 11:30PM EST Saturday and Sunday.
  • The desire to work full time about (40 hours) per week.
  • At the request of our client, advisors will be required to have the ability to work up to 10 hours of overtime per week. This request can fall at different times throughout the year and includes the holiday season.
  •  Open availability to work on all holidays including Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Fourth of July.
  •  Availability to work one weekend day per week.
  • Open availability to attend a 3-4 week virtual training.  The training times can fall anywhere within the hours of operation.
