Blooms Today is currently hiring temporary work-at-home customer support personnel for the upcoming Valentine’s Day rush. The dates for this temp position are February 11 to February 15, 2013. You will be compensated at a rate of $15 per hour.
You must have strong written and verbal communication abilities, a professional phone manner, and strong sales ability. Additionally, you must be PC literate and have your own computer and quiet home office free of noise and distractions. Finally, you must have an email account with a professional username.
Minimum Hardware, Software, Workstation Specifications (from job listing):
Cable or DSL Provider (no wireless or satellite), VOIP compatible.
Computer Hardware: 1.8 GHZ Processor (Minimum of Pentium 4 processor or equivalent required); 1GB of RAM
Telephone Requirement: Dedicated phone line with the ability to disable call waiting, call forwarding, etc. No cellular phones are permitted. Services such as Magic Jack that connect through USB port are not permitted. Telephone must have headset capability (headset required).
