Convergys Hiring Work at Home Seasonal Customer Support

Convergys is seeking work-at-home seasonal customer support in many U.S. states. You must be a bright problem-solver, able to act quickly to resolve customer issues and expedite orders.  You will be assisting customers via both inbound phone calls and email.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and at least one year of customer care experience.

Further Requirements (from work at home employment listing):

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop customer rapport and overcome objectives.
  • Strong customer interaction/soft skill experience.
  • Ability to comfortably navigate in multiple Windows-based applications simultaneously.
  • Tolerance to work in a repetitive, fast paced, high production work environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
  • Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.

You must have a quiet home office, free of distraction and noise.  The company is currently hiring in Arizona, New York, Texas, Washington, North Dakota, Kansas, Kentucky, and Oregon.  These are full-time positions.
