Morgan Chase is hiring work-at-home customer service in Pennsylvania!  The right candidates will be “focused, flexible, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team,” according to the job listing.  You absolutely must reside in Pennsylvania, and you must have a quiet home office from which to perform your duties.

Further Requirements (from employment listing):

  • Experience and Education: Have a stable job history and at least 1 year of customer service experience (face to face or via phone); have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable, dynamic personality, who takes initiative in work, and can adjust quickly to change
  • Positive attitude; diligent about following processes and protocol; take responsibility for results.
  • Skills and Abilities: able to ensure customer satisfaction, even when handling challenging issues, by offering alternative solutions and enhanced products, can adapt to change, have strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong work ethic, and exhibits empathy to customers, peers, and leaders.
  • Computer Skills: proficient with use of the computer; knowledge of Windows-based software such as Microsoft Word; can navigate search engines to find information via the Internet and internal resources.
