NCO Hiring Work at Home Call Center Reps

NCO is hiring work at home call center representatives in the Virginia Beach area to communicate with customers and negotiate payment on accounts.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient personal computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
