FoxTranslate, a growing document translation service, is seeking a work-at-home customer service representative on a part or full-time basis. You will be providing customer care via email, telephone, and the Web.
You must be a native English speaker located in the U.S., and you must be a quick-thinking multitasker, able to handle many things at once. Additionally, you must have strong project management skills and be capable of performing on your own, with very little supervision.
Finally, you must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The right candidate will be able to work 30 to 40 hours per week and be available for a minimum of seven hours, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
