ThreatSim Seeking Home-Based Customer Support in U.S.

ThreatSim, an Internet security company, is seeking home-based customer support agents in the U.S. You can work from anywhere! Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Compensation is competitive and based upon your experience.

Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Strong knowledge of Internet technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, ping, ports, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HTML, Internet browser technologies (e.g. CSS, JS, HTML, HTML5, etc.)
  • Familiarity with common user desktop software (Windows, Mac, Outlook, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Linux, Syslog, Splunk are nice to have

You must have a stable Internet connection and a quiet place from which to work, as well as excellent customer service skills.
