Work at Home Customer Support and Promotions for Apparen, Inc.

Apparen, Inc. is seeking remote customer support in several U.S. states: Massachusetts, California, New York, and Illinois. These are entry-level, flexible, part-time work at home positions.

You will be supporting TicketPeak customers by providing online demonstrations and training sessions, as well as responding to support calls and emails.

Additionally, you will be testing software modifications, promoting the company across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest, using Hubspot to perform inbound marketing, contributing to the company’s website FAQ, and uploading seating plans for new clients.
