TelePerformance is seeking work-at-home customer service professionals. You must have a minimum of one year of technical or customer care experience, and you must be comfortable with the Internet and navigating the Web.
You must have a quiet home office, high-speed Internet, a 17-inch monitor, and a traditional analog, cable, or fiber optic home telephone line. You must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening prior to employment.
Additionally, you must have excellent communicative abilities, strong trouble shooting skills, and be capable of working independently.
The company will provide seven weeks of paid training and ongoing support. These are fulltime positions with available overtime. This position also includes an extensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, and 401K.
