Work at Home: Patient Services Rep Job with AbilTo

AbilTo is seeking a work-at-home patient services representative.  You will be accepting inbound member and client customer calls, scheduling appointments, performing data entry tasks, verifying and updating member information, providing information to potential clients, as well as auditing member accounts for correct information.

Medical billing experience is preferred.  You must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum one year of customer service experience.  You must also have an interest in mental health and be able to work independently.

Confidentiality is important in this position.  You must have a dependable computer and high-speed Internet, as well as a webcam and microphone headset.  Finally, you must be computer proficient (Word, Excel, Google Docs).
