Higher One is seeking work-at-home customer service reps in the following states: CT, CO, FL, NC, TX, GA and VA. Paid training classes will start in January of 2012. You will be responding to inbound telephone calls and emails from the company’s account holders, and you will assist customers with questions regarding their accounts. These are seasonal positions.
Hours available are Monday through Friday, between 8am ET and 11pm ET (15 to 30 hours per week hourly expectation.)
One to three years of previous customer care and/or data entry experience is required. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Finally, you must have a professional telephone demeanor and the patience to handle complaints. Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
All applicants must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and be able to pass a credit and background check. A quiet workspace and land line telephone with unlimited long distance are required (will be reimbursed $30 a month).
