Varsity Tutors is seeking a work-at-home recruiter to remotely interview prospective tutors, assist in making hiring decisions, and complete related paperwork on a part-time basis.
Requirements (from job listing):
- HR Management or Recruiter experience strongly preferred
- Teaching or education-based professional experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule on weekdays (evenings) required
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent judge of character
