American Express Travel is seeking a work-at-home manager. This position is open nationally. You will be leading, coaching, and motivating a team of home-based agents and team leaders.
You must have five years of management experience, four years of industry experience, and four years of customer care leadership experience (leading workgroups via the Web).
You must also have strong leadership, problem solving, customer care, and organizational skills, as well as proven leadership abilities. Strong analytical and financial knowledge is a must.
