GFK Mystery Shopping is seeking work-at-home schedulers in the U.S. These are independent contractor positions. Expected hours are 30 per week minimum.
Requirements (from job listing):
Mystery shopping scheduling or field recruitment experience preferred.
Telemarketing sales and/or customer service call center experience helpful.
Past experience working from a home office environment is a must.
Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and follow up skills.
PC computing, advanced Internet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work effectively as a team player with remote and in-house scheduling staff.
Deadline and detail oriented, with excellent follow through.
Flexible schedule, working off hours and weekends when necessary.
DSL or cable Internet connectivity — no satellite or dial-up.
