Asurion is seeking work at home customer support agents in seven U.S. states – specifically Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arizona, Wisconsin, Louisiana, Maryland, and Illinois (possibly other states). Full-time openings are available.

In this work at home position, you will be taking calls from wireless customers regarding handset insurance claims, repairs, and roadside assistance.

• at least one year of call center customer service in the last five years

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• PC literacy (Windows, web navigation) and 25 WPM typing skills

Bilingual work at home candidates qualify for a pay differential. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
